With this increased flexibility, you now have time to complete training while still having plenty of time in the office. Over four weeks, spend a morning or two in our classroom. You’ll receive valuable learning that you can take back to the office that very same day. These skills are essential to the successful workplace. We’ve just made it even easier to fit them into your schedule! Microsoft Excel 2007We will start with basic training and move into intermediate-level training. You will use Microsoft Excel 2007 to create basic worksheets, and learn how to edit, format, analyze data using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, and use advanced printing techniques. Learn how you can streamline and enhance spreadsheets with templates and macros, and how to manage large workbooks. Learn to create and modify charts, insert graphics, and use basic and advanced formulas. Explore basic functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, Sum, Average, conditional formatting, and much more. Microsoft Access 2007Design a simple database, manage the data in a table, modify the design and field properties of a table to streamline data entry and maintain data integrity, build a new database with related tables, query a database using different methods, and design forms and generate reports. Learn how to retrieve data from tables using joins by creating flexible queries to display specified records, allow for user-determined query criteria, and modify data using queries. We will learn how to enhance the capabilities of a form, customize reports to organize the displayed information and produce specific print layouts. We will also explore ways to share Access data across other applications. |
